About this Talk

As teaching pedagogy is changing, it is imperative for educators and institutions to transform schools programs by becoming more entrepreneurial, recognizing new opportunities and making changes required to respond to the needs of 21st century learners.

This includes the application of technology to support a more robust instructional methods and understanding the relationship between content, pedagogy and technology through dissemination of technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge

This session will help to address if programs use flexible units of time that enable project-based work, interdisciplinary themes and competency-based measures of student progress, and why teacher candidates should receive timely assessment feedback in order to reflect on and refine their own learning.
